GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

Dear Customer,

Below are the General Terms of Sale applicable to purchases made from the e-shop of Shade Pro® brand products.


  1. Selection and Purchase

To purchase products from the e-shop online, the Customer must access the dedicated area of the Site. Each product for sale is accompanied by a photo, a description, and the price, which may vary depending on the destination country of the goods. Within the e-shop, you can select and book the individual products offered. It is sufficient to indicate the quantity and confirm, after choosing any variants. This way, the products are added to the virtual cart. You can add, delete, or confirm all the choices made up to that moment. To confirm the order, the Customer can proceed in the following ways:

a. if already registered, by entering the email address and password;

b. if not yet registered, by registering and filling in all the required data.

The purchase will be considered finalized for Shade Pro S.r.l. only when the order is confirmed by email. The confirmation is sent at most within 2 working days from the receipt of the order.

Shade Pro S.r.l. may, at its discretion, not accept the order if the information provided is incorrect or misleading (e.g., incorrect or insufficient payment details, incorrect billing details, incorrect or incomplete shipping address), or if there are errors on the Site regarding the ordered products (e.g., error in price, availability, or product description).

Product information is as accurate and updated as possible, however, any content on the Site should not be understood as a binding representation or statement regarding the products.

All images, descriptions, and illustrations are for indicative purposes only and, since colors depend on the monitor used, they may differ from those of the products.


  1. Product Availability and Sales Price

For each item, the unit sale price is indicated in currency, including VAT (Value Added Tax) and excluding shipping costs. Shipping contributions may vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, their volume, weight, and destination; these elements will be highlighted during the purchase procedure. All products within the e-shop are available in stock unless otherwise specified. If there are unforeseen delays in the delivery of products, the Customer will be promptly informed via email, as in the case of temporary unavailability of one or more products. Shade Pro S.r.l. ships to all countries provided during registration.

However, there may be cases where customs issues prevent the delivery of the ordered products. In this case, the Customer will be promptly informed via email and, if applicable, promptly refunded.


  1. Payment Methods

For purchases made on the e-shop, the Customer can use the following payment methods:

a. by bank transfer upon order confirmation

b. by credit or debit card upon order confirmation


  1. Delivery of Goods and Shipping Costs

All confirmed orders will be shipped via Express Courier (national and international) to the address indicated by the Customer for delivery. A contribution to shipping costs will be required, which will be highlighted during the purchase process, in relation to the destination country of the order. Shipping costs may vary in relation to weight/volume and have a minimum standard shipping cost of 20.00 euros within Italy and 40.00 euros to other European countries.

Shade Pro S.r.l. reserves the right to apply favorable shipping conditions or to cancel them, for Italy and abroad, by communicating the offer conditions on the Site in advance.

Products will only be shipped after the payment of the order amount has been duly registered and confirmed by Shade Pro S.r.l.

Products shipped within Italy are typically delivered within 2-3 working days from shipment; products shipped within the European Union are typically delivered within 7 working days from shipment.


  1. Import Taxes and Customs Duties

Products are not subject to any import tax or customs duty if sold and delivered in Italy or within the European Union. In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, products may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties depending on the type of product and the destination country. It is not possible to predict in any way whether and what costs might be incurred for the customs clearance of the goods. For more information, you can contact the customs office of your country. In all cases, any costs related to import taxes and/or customs duties will be borne by the customer.


  1. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has a right of withdrawal that can be exercised, without having to justify the reasons, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items. The right of withdrawal can be communicated within the above period, via:

The shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the user. For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact and in perfect condition, in their original packaging (closed and sealed with adhesive shipping tape) and addressed to:

The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be credited to the Customer's bank account within 14 days of receipt of the return. Items returned incomplete, worn, damaged, or soiled due to the Customer will not be refunded and will not entitle the Customer to any credit equal to the price of the initially ordered item.


  1. Applicable Law

All purchases are considered finalized in Italy and are subject to Italian substantive law.
