Sublimation printing is the process where inks, when exposed to heat through a dedicated press, transform into gas (sublimate) and bond permanently to the fabric surface.

Heat sealing printing is a technique of thermal transfer printing. Heat sealed printing uses special films, specifically designed to be printed on and ensure optimal thermal transfer onto fabrics. Nowadays, Shade Pro finds and guarantees films so thin that they are imperceptible to the touch, resulting in extremely detailed and impactful printing.
What is full print printing?
Full print printing involves printing over the entire surface of the fabric covering without any limits on graphics and print dimensions. This process is permanent and leaves the fabric breathable. This type of printing ensures total product customization, providing a visually striking impact.
The graphic templates must be completed following the rules listed:
- Maintain the proportions of the file.
- Logos must be in vector format.
- If there are any texts, they must be converted into outlines.
- Keep one file for each product.
- If color accuracy is desired, include the PANTONE reference.
- If there are images, ensure they are in high resolution.
How can I send the print file?
You can send the print file via the WeTransfer link immediately after completing the order or later, from your personal area. Remember to send the graphic files within 48 hours of order confirmation to ensure that shipping times are met.
How can I know if the file is correct before completing the order?
To evaluate the correctness of a file, you will need to upload your file once the order is completed. If the file is found to be "non-compliant," you will receive an email with instructions on how to correct it. To determine if the file is correct, it is advisable to design the graphics directly on the downloadable template on the page of each product. Spell checking is excluded from any type of verification.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the ordered products. You can view them during the checkout process from your cart.
When will I receive the ordered material?
The date indicated during the product configuration phase refers to the day the goods are dispatched, to which the delivery time must be added. Typically, the courier delivers the material within 24/48 hours from the chosen dispatch day when ordering. For more remote or hard-to-reach areas, it may take longer. It's not uncommon for unforeseen circumstances to delay delivery. Shade Pro is not responsible for any delayed delivery by the carrier.
